LAUREATES

In addition to granting honorary distinctions, TAKREEM annually awards individuals or institutions across nine distinct categories. The selection process for TAKREEM laureates involves a two-stage mechanism aimed at ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of candidates’ credentials.

PHASE 1

Nomination

The nomination board comprising professionals will nominate candidates for consideration. Their expertise will contribute to identifying deserving candidates for the TAKREEM awards.

Shortlisting

Subsequently, a committee of experts screens and shortlists the finalists for each category.

PHASE 2

Evaluation & Selection

The Jury Board, comprised of cultural, economic, and humanitarian figures, will undertake the evaluation of the finalists. Through confidential deliberations, they select one laureate for each of the nine categories.

Throughout this process, the TAKREEM team serves solely as advisors, abstaining from involvement in the evaluation process. The names of all winners are kept confidential until the ceremony.
