Safa Sharif is an expert in entrepreneurship and small business acceleration, with extensive experience managing start-ups. He specializes in leadership best practices and cross-cultural communication. Safa is a board director for MASY International, a company he founded in 2003 to serve the construction industry in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
In 2016, he founded Whystockit W.L.L., focused on machinery and inventory management, where he continues as managing partner. Safa is also managing director of CoA Academy: Arabia and Africa and co-founder of Nafayes Company, a historical auction organization preserving Arabic and Islamic heritage.
His recent roles include serving on the boards of Bahrain Aluminum Extrusion Company (BALEXCO), GEN Bahrain, and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Bahrain. An active EO member, Safa helped launch the EO Accelerator program in Bahrain, impacting many Bahraini business owners. His involvement with EO has expanded to coordinating the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) and supporting new chapter launches in the Arab World, with a focus on educating Arab youth on business ownership.
