Khalid Machchate is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive specializing in technology, policy, and corporate transformation. As the founding CEO and Chairman of K&W Technology Group, he leads a global consulting firm with 150+ collaborators across three continents, focusing on deep technology integration, including AI, IoT, Blockchain, and AR/VR. Under his guidance, K&W has driven growth for major clients in 70+ countries across 15+ industries, including Société Générale, Maghreb Central Bank, and Schneider Electric.
Appointed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Khalid serves on Morocco’s Royal Advisory Committee, guiding national policies on sustainable development and technology. He has shaped both local and international legislation, such as Morocco’s Crowdfunding Law and G20 startup incentives. Khalid’s roles include Innovation Director for an Abu Dhabi government body and MENA Managing Director for Demo Africa, a US-backed accelerator supporting African startups in raising $150M+. He also advises OCP Group, the world’s largest phosphate mining company, and sits on multiple boards, including family offices, accelerators, and foundations.
