RINDALA BEYDOUN - LEBANON
Rindala Beydoun is a Lebanese lawyer and entrepreneur specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate transactions. She is the founder and managing partner of Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA), a regional boutique law firm focused on M&A and corporate advisory services. Prior to founding TLA, she served as a partner at Vinson & Elkins and later as Managing Partner for the Middle East at Latham & Watkins.
Born in Lebanon, Rindala has lived in the United States and Dubai, and currently divides her time between Lebanon and Dubai. Alongside raising her two children, she has remained actively involved in the legal field and community initiatives throughout her career.
Rindala earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, as well as J.D. and LL.M. degrees in International Law from the Duke University School of Law. She has been recognized for three consecutive years among the Women Leaders in the IFLR1000 UAE rankings, recommended by The Legal 500 for M&A in the UAE, and ranked by Chambers Global as a leading lawyer in Corporate/Commercial law in the UAE. Rindala was also featured in Those Who Inspire as one of Lebanon’s most inspiring figures and named among the 50 Most Influential Women in Middle East Finance by Financial News.
